Bachelor of Arts Degree (English), Diploma of Education. I have been a qualified teacher in Australia for 3 years but I have been a filmmaker and writer most of my life. I have researched and written tv documentaries, plays, films, narration, stories, songs, funding applications, web content and all kinds of things. English is my native tongue.

I am a freelance, native speaker and fully qualified teacher of English who has lived in Barcelona since January, 2019. I teach to adults of all ages, in-company, at home and in cafes. I am a professional, fun and engaging teacher.
Because I have a writing and theatre background I specialize in speech and pronunciation, grammar and writing.

I came to Barcelona on January 4th, 2019 for a holiday and decided to live here. I have worked in many different kinds of jobs throughout the big continent of Australia: filmmaker, theatre technician, fisherman, cook, farmhand and assisting newly arrived refugees. I am a musician and I love jazz, poetry readings, movies, swimming, tennis, bike riding and learning Espanol.
I adapt to your needs and I am a creative and energetic teacher who is fun to be around. I am very focused on gifting you the best lesson I can so that your English progresses. I have also trained as an actor so pronunciation is a strong focus of mine. Our lessons will be fun, relaxed but full of learning!

The price varies but is never 1 Euro.
The price is 25 Euro per hour for a one-on-one class but it is 40 Euro if you bring a friend. If you bring 3 friends, the price goes down for you again. The more people the cheaper for you. The first free lesson is not really a lesson. It is an introduction so we can establish your needs and whether you want me to teach you.
