Nice to meet you!
I’m a psychologist, entrepreneur and coach. Since my first internship during my Psychology Bachelor’s degree, I fell in love with training and developing new competencies. Facilitating human’s development became something essential in my life.
During my HR career, I worked in the following sectors: fashion and retail, education, consultancy and electric vehicle. Aspects that remarked all my roles were process improvement, change and people’s development.
I have already lived in 5 different countries (Brazil, France, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands). Every cultural experience gave me a broader point of view, welcoming and being even more interested in differences. It also enhanced my openness and creativity when analyzing situations and options.
I coach leaders to improve their leadership skills and professionals aiming to acquire new competencies, including the ones needed to achieve a leadership role. It also comprises dealing with difficulties and making decisions.
Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Degree in Work, Organizanizational and Personnel Psychology.
I speak fluently English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. Communicating is not an issue :)
