Acerca de Lucy
I have a lot of experience in childcare. The past 7 years I have been volunteering in a summer scheme for those aged 3-13. The summer scheme runs for 2 weeks and gets children from deprived areas of the street. During the 2 weeks of the summer scheme we like to make every child feel special and that they are all unique. In the scheme we normally do things such as playing games, cooking, dancing and sports to name a few. During my HND course to complete it, it was mandatory to complete placement hours a total of 800. The first year of my course I had worked in a playgroup with those aged 0-4. This role included playing with the children, teaching them songs, feeding them and for the younger age groups changing. The second year of my placement I had worked in a primary school with a variety of ages 4-11. I also au paired in the summer and am now currently in a school in Madrid speaking in English with the students.

My name is Lucy. I am 20 years old and from Ireland. After my studies in school I continued in education and completed a HND course in advanced practice working with children and Families. During the summer of 2017 I had moved to Madrid to Au pair. I am currently still in Madrid and working as an auxiliary teacher in the morning speaking with children about various different topics. Due to having such a large family I am very familiar around children and enjoy playing with them and teaching them new things.

Se nota que a ella le gusta enseñar ya que pone un interest especial en sus clases, usando nuevas tecnicas y juegos para que los niños aprendan. Mis hijos de 4 y 7 años estan muy contentos con ella, con lo que nosotros tambien lo estamos.
