Acerca de Vivi
I have been teaching yoga for over 4 years.
I have taught group classes up to 25 people, and I also offer one to one classes. I am currently offering live or online and have access to a studio.
My training comes from an authentic knowledge of many strands of yoga including Hatha, Raja, Jnana and Tantra.
I have also completed a 30 hours intensive hands on adjustment course, as well as workshops on the benefits of conscious breath).
Finally I am also an AYyuverdic Yoga Massage Therapist, and so I weave in my knowledge of the anatomy of the human body in my yoga classes.

I am a qualified Yoga Teacher 500 hour certified accredited teacher . ( IYN accredited, one of the UK’s leading accreditors who require above average standards).
For me, Yoga is for everyone regardless of age and ability, also everyone's body is different, and so one to one classes really allow that space to explore how to shape a practice that works for you. Yoga is a place of exploration.
Trough the moving body and asanas ( physical postures), my classes explore and offer physical, mental and emotional well - being.
I invite people into presence through our breath, the physical and structural body as well as our more subtle energetic one.
My training comes from an authentic knowledge of many strands of yoga including Hatha, Raja, Jnana and Tantra.
We usually start with breath led meditation to re-center, then we enter a flow of asanas with a Vinyasa flow and Hatha. Breath is a key elements in my classes.
( I have also completed a 30 hours intensive hands on adjustment course, as well as workshops on the benefits of conscious breath)
