I have been studying and teaching yoga for the last 6 years. The great knowledge, both intellectual but mainly experimental that i have gained, changed my life. Yoga gives me stability, for me, it is a connection to what is beneath the noises and distractions, it is taking responsibility for my life. With the understanding that iam ( body and mind) is the most valuable resourse that i have, thetefore i should invest in it so that i can realize my potential in life. I pass on the tools for how to do it.
